VPK Assessment Online Reporting System - Initial Registration Wizard

The Initial Registration Wizard allows New Users (VPK Administrators) to register their center/school and Existing Users (VPK Administrators) to reset their password to access the VPK Assessment Online Reporting System.

New Users (VPK Administrators) – MUST register their center/school to access the VPK Assessment Online Reporting System for the first time. Once the initial registration is completed, the VPK Administrator may begin using the Online Reporting System to set-up center staff accounts, classrooms, and adding children.
VPK Assessment - Guidance for NEW VPK Providers

Existing Users (VPK Administrators) – MUST reset their password each year to access their account in the VPK Assessment Online Reporting System. Once the password has been reset, the VPK Administrator will be able to reactivate existing center staff accounts and add new center staff, classrooms, and children to the Online Reporting System.

Please make sure you have the following items before accessing the contents of the wizard.
1 - Provider ID The 4- or 5-digit number provided by the Office of Early Learning (OEL)
2 - Zip Code: The 5-digit Physical Address Zip Code

NOTE: Please do not use “Back/Forward” buttons of your Internet browser. If the “Back/Forward” buttons are used, your session will be automatically restarted.
